The State and Revolution
What brief books defending non-marxist ideologies correspond to "State and Revolution"?
"State and Revolution" is imo an excellent, briefly expressed essay on the communist view of the state as well as of the (to them) necessary process for political progress. What comparable books as brief and as well-written (hence, easy to read) and as persuasive as "State and Revolution", are available, describing (briefly) the overall view and central concepts - such as might be called "The Christian View of the State", or "State and Christianity", or "State and Secular Balance", or "State as Humanitarian Institution", or "State and Progress", or "State and Peace", or "State and Unity", or "State and Family"??
