What would have happened if Miss sullivan would not be there in the Helen's story??what you think ?

This question is raised so as to find the views of Readers that what would have been happened if this was the situation that helen don't have a great teacher like Miss sullivan in her life . Then also would she grow up and succeed like this only . what are your view in this context..??
