Why does Meursault become so upset with the priest who comes to visit him in his cell? What is the priest trying to make him do?

Meursault becomes irritated by the chaplain's insistence that he spend the rest of his life thinking about God. Meursault doesn't believe in God and the Chaplain tells Meursault that his “heart is blind.”
