I think that Bianca and Petruchio both learn lessons. Bianca learns their are certain consessions, at least outwardly, that she has to make to placate Petruchio and have a happy marriage. Petruchio learns that he will never "tame" Bianca and that he must placate her to a certain extent to have a "happy" marriage.
