The Tempest
Can you please explain this phrase : " Blow, till thou burst thy wind, if room enough! " --Boatswain
From the Tempest by Shakespeare,
Act 1 scene 1 lines 7-8
From the Tempest by Shakespeare,

The basic meaning is clear in that he is telling the storm to blow until it blows itself out. In addressing the storm, however, the Boatswain uses 'thou', thus indicating his familiarity with storms and suggesting that all will be well.
