What Actually Happened To Annalise During The Third Test?

We all know that Annalise's speed caused Cia to decipher Roman's foul plan, but what actually happened to Annalyse? Did she actually get to complete both questions? Did she get disqualified the second she entered her first question? Or did she go through the door and was the disqualified? Why was she never seen after that? If she did go why wasn't she there like everyone else? The testing candidates were meant to find out whether they passed or failed later that day in their rooms. I have been speculating for a while Annalise's tragic fate after being tricked.
