How would you feel if you living in Birmingham during the time of segregation?

This is asking for your opinion rather than mine. I have not lived in this type of social climate but I imagine it would not feel good. I would feel angry, humiliated, and frustrated. Segregation was a law that had connections with the slave era and I would be very unhappy about that.
