On the bus when Larry Dunn makes fun of Rufus' clothes, Kenny joined the laughter. Why did Kenny do that?

Kenny joins in because he wants to belong. He is generally the boy that everyone picks on and enjoys the fact that focus is on someone else. Note, his reaction quickly gives him a sense of guilt for the same reason.... he knows how it feels.
