What are Ben's strenghths and weaknesses as a teacher?

Ben is passionate about teaching history. He really wants his students to not only understand history but the motivations behind the things that happened. I think, however, that Ben blurred the line between his role of teacher and the imaginary role of leader of the wave. Kids are impressionable and Ben had the responsibility to always keep his teaching within context and perspective.
