What are the similarities and differences between Turtle and Angela Wexler's character in The Westing Game?

Turtle and Angela can both be described as kind and caring. Turtle, however, is far mare independent than her sister. and far more likely to stand up for herself. As the younger child, Turtle tests the waters, whereas, Angela puts the wishes of her parents before her own.
