The Winslow Boy
What characterization technique do you consider to be most effective in TWB?
.
.
I find the author's use of family loyalty is the most effective characterization in the novel. Arthur, Ronnie's father, and Connie, his sister, are each steadfast in their loyalty, love, and desire to protect him. They are the kind of people you'd want in your corner if you found yourse;f in trouble.
