The ability s of a witch

Recently I got really paranorid of someone being Hexed. I went around different servers being scared if they would be cursed etc and they told me not to worry because it happens only for the "bad bad" people. I started also asking random questions on Quora. A few hours after I posted a question called "Can witches ""hear"" what you say about them" a witch that claimed she had 40 years of experience said yes that can. I was pretty frigented because someone I knew usually says their Intursive thoughts out loud. I showed him the post and he got afarid. He told me that he stared having bad thoughts about this witch for no reason and that he would probably have to say them out loud so that he can relieve the stress. Im afarid that he will be hexed for saying his intursive thoughts out loud. Is it true that witches have the ability to hear/know what people say about them and if so would someone be cursed for saying evil things about a witch out loud?
