why does Janie get along with Tea Cake? How is he different than her two husbands?

Unlike her other two husbands, Tea Cake is charismatic towards women. He projects all his flattery, sense of humour and fun towards Janie. Tea Cake is not practical, like her first husband, and lacks any vision like her second husband. I think he is able to show affection in a way Janie is not used to. Unlike her other two husband's Tea Cake isn't that abusive.
