how does Achebe conclude the chapter and how is it significant?

At the end of Chapter 15, the reader realizes that Obierka is bringing business which Okonkwo needs during his exile if he is to continue to be successful when he is able to return from exile. Okonkwo wants so much to do better than his father has done that he needs to be successful even when he is banned from his village.
