What is expected of people in order to continue to be citizens of this society?

The people of the Igbo community are expected to adhere to the rules and traditions overseen by the assembly. They must follow their religion.... Igbo culture is to be put first. The people are also expected to be humble, help their neighbors, and stay within their own tribe.
