I think,only Jessica saw Bryce talking to him when they have burnt the tapes. Clay also saw Bryce,Monty, as well as justin but inhis own way. He understood that she was also clearing up her mind and sayinh ger last goodbye to Bryce Walker. C LAY ONLY SO JESSICA TALKING , HE DID NOT SEE BRYCE BUT UNDERSTOOD THAT AS HE WAS A PERSON WHO SAY THEM TOO, Clay told at the end of the season about this thing. He said that , He do not see ghosts but he just imagine what would the person say if he/she was there at the moment.
The talk with Jessica and Bryce show many things , such as the butterfly affect that how hating Hannah caused an extreme situation. Also when Brce says that he won Jessica says MAYBE. This shows that Jessica learnt to see the positive in the bad and got a thinking that we can not chnge the past instead we should focus on the future. Many things were expresses in Jessica's Graduaton Speech. At the end of the season everyone ( Clay ,Jessica and Winston) said their final good bye to thier imaginative people who were dead.
