Uncle Podger was a disoriented person who lacked concentration. He was in a habit of taking a task and putting its burden on others. He had trouble doing the simplest jobs like hanging a picture..He was hot tempered and disoriented; when hanging the picture,he would end up injuring others and himself as well as spoiling the wall.

Uncle podger had a careless attitude and when ever he would lose anything he would blame it on everyone but himself. He was incapable of finding the thing back again and was indeed a very forgetful man.
