If I were to send a video to 1 Tiktok Influencer with 2 million subscribers, would it be like sending someone a piece of mail? Meaning they are forced to get the mail but have the choice to throw it away. Because sending it to any hashtag Group above, is like if you were on your phone at that time and were able to view it by chance.
