One inhabitant of the Radley house (Boo) is said to be a "malevolent phantom". He is described as being over six feet, with teeth that are yellow and rotting. Boo's eyes are popping, he drools, and it is even rumored that he eats uncooked animals. Boo also receives the blame for anything strange that happens in town..... he is the town scapegoat.
