In Chapter Seven, what evidence now suggests that the items in the tree are meant specifically for Scout and Jem?

Previously the children had assumed that the knot-hole was someone's hiding place.

In Chapter Seven of the text, Jem and Scout leave a note as a thank you for the gifts in the tree. Soon after, Mr. Radley fills the knot-hole with cement on the premise that the tree is dying. Jem knows the tree is not dying and quickly comes to the conclusion that Boo is leaving the gifts, and Mr. Radley wants them stopped.
