Heck Tate said that Mayella's beating covered the right side of her body.
Atticus' cross-examination shows that Tom Robinson could not have have been the perpetrator because his left hand was useless.
Bob Ewell could have beaten Mayella because he was left handed.

The main points were that Mayella was hit on the right side of her body. Atticus cross sections that Mr. Robinsons left arm is useless because it had been hurt in a farming accident. Since Mayella was hurt on the right side of her body, the person who would have hurt her would be left-handed. Bob Ewell is left-handed. He also states that no doctor was called which might mean that Bob Ewell hurt his daughter.
