what does bob mean when he says "one done two more to go"?

Bob Ewell intends to get rid of anyone who has harmed him.  Certainly, he wants to hurt Atticus and his children; he also has it in for Tom Robinson, even though Tom committed no crime.  Atticus, in his defense, made Bob look like a fool.
