To Kill a Mockingbird
What life lessons do Jem and Scout learn from Miss Maudie Atkinson?
Just life lessons they both learned... They can be life lessons from other characters too, I am just trying to make an outline. Anything will help.

Miss Maudie is the children's friend, she tells them stories about their family (particularly Atticus). Miss Maudie also acts as a model of womanhood for Scout. She isn't one to gossip, and she is quick to correct those who do. Thus, she provides a great example for the young girl.
Miss Maudie also treats the children with respect, and they in turn do the same for her. She was also a great example of a white woman without prejudice in that small, southern town.
