Scout had contradicted Jem about the "Hot Streams". Scout knew that Jem was "patiently waiting to reward me".This meant pushing the tire extra hard while she was in it.
Aslan, you're killing me. How do you get to these questions so quickly? :)
Well, lets just say I'm stuck in front of a computer most of the day. I know Mockingbird is like burned into my brain as well.
