Why doesn't Scout call Atticus dad?
It's weird despite being his daughter he didn't mind and dont care at all that she calls him by name. Why?

Atticus and his children share a mutual respect. He speaks to them as if they're adults.... they address him in an adult way. In my opinion, htis might be because the children are growing up without their mother.... but I don't think there's any hidden meaning behind it.
