This depends what chapter you are referring to. She general realizes that Boo Radley is a human being. Atticus also made it clear that they were to leave Boo Radley alone.

Scout has matured past wanting to tease or bother Boo Radley. She would rather venture past her neighborhood to downtown Maycomb.
