Cole is being sent to a barren island near the city of Drake in Southeastern Alaska. Cole had beat up a boy named Peter for allegedly "snitching" on him. Through a Justice Circle, Cole agrees to go to this island to work on his spirit and reflect on his behavior instead of going to prison.
