In what event did Cole felt anger can you describe how why he felt this way? and can you also describe the event that made him feel mad/anger.

I think his father brings up a swell of negative emotion and great anger. The scene during the first circle justice meeting is a good example. Cole has words filled with rage to hurl at his father. Cole's father most likely deserves all of it but it doesn't help with Cole's emotional issues. During this scene the moderator actually had to intervene to stop a violent confrontation.
