How does Silver go about convincing all the sailors to become a pirate like him? chapter 11.

Most of the men ARE Silver's men, but for those that aren't, he strokes their egos and sells them "pirate propaganda." He mentions the dangers of piracy......... but touts the great profits.

simply put........ he tells them that although the job is a bit dangerous, the danger is worth the money
