Unnamed

Stevenson goes to great pains to name characters yet, in the last few chapters where the pirates are reduced to six, one is conspicuously unnamed even though he seems to contribute to the conversations. The man with the bandaged head is called John, yet there is a completely unnamed man, who seems to have been a member of Flint's original crew. Trivial maybe, but it has puzzled me since I first read the book as a child
