What was sheriff Peter's point of view on Mr. Wrights death?

Sheriff Peter didn't really seem to have a view on the death. As he walked the other men through the home, he noted there hadn't been any evidence for the murder, and he didn't mention anything else. Hale, however, mentioned that the Sheriff wondered how she was able to sleep through the murder of her husband.
