Do you think Tucker was treated fairly by the government and the Big 3?

In my opinion, Tucker was not treated fairly by the car companies or the government. The Big 3 saw him as a threat and sabotaged his work, as a result, he became a target of the FBI because Senator Homer Ferguson wanted to eliminate the threat to the companies in his state. The SEC then proceeded to charge him with fraud, taking money from investors without producing a car, when the fact was Tuckered was attacked by everyone...... made incapable of producing a viable product. In the end, he was put out of business. The Big 3 got rid of the competition, and the government confiscated his Chicago plant.
