Which invention or idea did Tucker invent the US military used during World War 2?

Tucker invented the first armored car designed for combat use. It was called the "Tucker Tiger". None-the-less, it wasn't the armored car that was heavily utilized during the war, it was the Tucker Turret (a gun turret), which was widely used on PT boats and in aircrafts.
