Discuss ‘Tuesdays with Morrie’ as a memoir. Do you think Morrie should have been tougher on him or easier?

I'm sorry, this is a short answer question forum. We are unable to assist students with writing assignments or essays. Should Morrie have been tougher on Mitch? In my opinion, no, he shouldn't have. Mitch learned from Morrie's example, he learned because Morrie shared his feelings and life lessons. There was no reason to be harder on Mitch.... sometimes, you just have to share your knowledge and hope it makes a difference. In that case, Morrie was completely successful. He made a difference in Mitch's life, and a positive difference at that.
