Discuss in brief the source of the play Twelfth Night.

Since Shakespeare isn't actually here to tell us his inspirtation or source for the play, we can only infer what his sources really were. From the text, and its similarities to other stories, there are serveral different possibilities which include Menaechmi of Plautus and Apolonius and Silla, among others.
