Is Bella brave/heroic or is she self destructive (has some kind of death wish)?

i don't think she has a death wish but she doesn't really care if she lives or dies. the only thing she cares about is that she is wither edward and later on she is pretty lost without jacob as well. this also makes her life even harder because she is in love with two different guys in two totally separate ways.

she doesn't necessarily want to die but if edward or even jacob die then she would not want to live any longer. she also doesn't try to be destructive to herself or anyone else; the way the storyline is set up makes here seem like that only because she is in such a difficult situation (as are many of the other characters).
