What are the differences between Uglyville and New Pretty Town?

New Pretty Town is the section of the city where Tally lives. It is set on an island in the middle of a river, and it is filled with tall towers that are known as party towers.

Uglyville is the place that the Uglies live while they are receiving their education and waiting to become Pretty. The uglies live in dorms, dress alike, and insult each other regularly..... all meant to prepare them for the surgeries and transformation.
