Does the frame narrative effectively separate Sir Thomas More from the controversial ideas discussed in Utopia? Why or why not?

I don't think it really does effectively separate Sir Thomas More from the controversial ideas discussed in Utopia. If you think it does, that's completely okay because not everybody gets this literature stuff correct. Even I don't. I'm a funny kid, just joking around.
