i do not read french and i am obvioulsy missing a great deal of good stuff.
i would like to beg, borrow, or buy a translation.
I don't see a free translation on the net but GradeSaver has a comprehensive summary below,

Go on Google and bring up Google Translate. You can translate anything from one language to another. put it on your desktop so you can get to it easily. You just type in the word or sentence in French and the English translation or a close approximation comes up in the right screen.
