In what town did Billy get Old Dan and Little Ann?

Billy set off at night to get his dogs because he was too eager to wait for them to arrive where he lives. I was wondering in what town he got his dogs?

Billy picked up his dogs in the town of Tahlequah.

“The mail buggy can’t carry things like dogs, so they’ll come as far as the depot at Tahlequah, but you’ll get the notice here because I ordered them in your name.”
