What is the relation between the facts that occur at night and the facts that occur in the morning?

Wuthering Heights revolves around supernatural events and nightmares. These things take place at night (nightmares, Lockwood believing Catherine Earnshaw's ghost inhabits the residence after spending the night in her room). Bronte intends for the reader to believe the ghost is real as well, and the things of the night foreshadow the things that truly happen during the day.
