As the death toll in New Orleans increases,Kathy has several feelings about the fate if her husband. Describe them here.

After she fails to hear from her husband Kathy begins having a rollercoaster ride of emotions. She calls their good friend Walt, supplies the Red Cross with information and a photo, and decides to let her children believe their father is alright rather than upset them. Worried he may never return, Kathy calls everyone she knows that might still be in the city and watches online aerial images of her neighborhood as she waits for news. She even goes so far as to think about the need to relocate her family if Zeitoun is dead (relocation to Syria). Finally, on September 19th, a missionary contacts Kathy to tell her that she saw her husband in Hunt Prison. Then the work really begins....
