    Ask students to consider the perspective from which Angela's Ashes is told. What is Frank's position in the family? How is it different from those of his brothers, his parents, or his relatives or neighbors? What choices do they think Frank made in telling the story that other characters in the book might not have made? Is it strange to think of the other family...
