Law of Moments Anonymous

One thing remains constant from London to Krakow to Ambala Cantt. Regardless of how far one roams, the Law of Moments will remain in effect. Facts such as these were very comforting to my younger self. No matter how many despondent children I glimpsed underneath Falomo bridge, I believed I could one day harness the integrity of mechanical principles to create shelter within a Lagos that shared the efficacies of the world’s capitalist cities.

I decided to study Civil Engineering in a bid to further my knowledge of measures, accuracy, and design, as well as how these could be employed to create sustainable structures. However, my education seemed largely abstract. I turned to photography as a means to making critical observations of my city and to better understand the role of engineering in public welfare. This has bestowed a strong sense of social responsibility upon me. I now intend to undertake postgraduate studies in Urban Planning, to become a highly impactful engineer.
