Throughout most of the activities in this lesson plan guide, students will use the internet to do basic research and gather media for presentations, creative writing, and discussion. Topics include The Beat Generation and Zen Buddhism in day 1, Haiku and historical figures in day 2, and imagery for storyboards for day 3. Students may also explore social media in an activity on day 5.
