Richard Michael Fischel
Fischel is a lawyer who graduated from Harvard Law School and is currently a Professor of Law at The University of Connecticut School of Law. He has worked with the Division of Enforcement Litigation at the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and was the 2005-2006 recipient of Miami’s Golden Apple Award for outstanding teaching.
Jeremy R. Paul
Jeremy R. Paul is a co-author of the book and was also a Harvard Law School graduate with Fischel. He was the Dean of Northeastern University School of Law from 2012 until June 2018, where he taught Constitutional Law, Property and Jurisprudence.
