The extract is taken from the end of Harry Potter and the deathly hallows. The final book of J.K Rowling harry potter series.

How can i Analyse the quote "Voldemort fell backward, arm splayed, the split pupils of the scarlet eyes rolling upward.

The author uses adjectives and detailed imagery to assist the reader in both seeing and experiencing Voldemort's death.... we can picture the fall, as well as Voldemort's face.... the face of death.
