What is the role of the antagonists in the novel Leviathan Wakes?
The alien power structure is a threat to the solar system, which forces the UN to devise a strategy to destroy it. The aliens are ahead of the Earth regarding technology, and their primary role is to rule the Earth from outer space. Why is Miller’s job the most difficult in the Asteroid belt?

Miller is an investigator and is assigned the role of taking Julie Miller to Earth's moon. However, Julie intentionally joins OPA to give Miller a hard time. OPA consists of merciless aliens who kill at the slightest provocation. When Miller learns that Julie is now part of OPA, he decides to abandon his investigative job.
