Protesilaus
He was a leader among the Greeks, from the low-lying cliffs. When he landed with his men, he died while stepping on shore, leaving behind a bereaved widow and an unfinished home. Anticipating this fate, he had previously designated his brother, Podarcus, as his successor.
Iphidamas
At just 18-years-old, Iphidamas was entering a season of ambition, eager to test himself. When he remained discontent tending sheep in the fields, his family offered to marry him. Even this didn't satisfy Iphidamas, who left her almost overnight to join the war. He rashly tries to kill Agamemnon and loses the fight.
Coon
Coon is Iphidamas' brother. In the heat of battle he sees his brother's body and loses his mind. He rages against Agamemnon, pleading with people near him to help rescue his brother. Agamemnon slices off his head, and Coon quickly rejoins his brother's spirit.
Hector
Champion of the Trojans, Hector isn't spared any suffering for his position. He is supposed to have assumed he would die in this conflict, as repayment for his own arrogance. Always a ladies man, he leaves behind his faithful wife Andromache all the same. Trying to warn her, he laid up treasure for her but all the while suspected she would become some Greek captive.
