difference between a good and bad overseer.
difference between a good and bad overseer.
Bad overseers are abusive and mean where as "good" overseers are fair to all slaves. Irony is introduced here when Mr. Hopkins is described as a good overseer. Any overseers implies a travesty of justice and human rights but they remained Douglas's reality.
